Acronis is more user friendly; Ghost currently cannot be used with Windows Vista.

DVD backup/recovery is not so good because:

1. It's slowwwww

2. If Image is bigger than 4GB, you'll have to span to another DVD

3. You cannot verify/mount Image if it's span over to another DVD.

However, using DVDs for backup/recovery is cheap loh.

Playing game should be fine for me. But using of window vista would still not up to my standard. Cos i still don feel like i have the speed of a 2 GB ram. Guess the next up grade will be a much bugger harddisk.

I do wish to find out what the price of a 2.5" notobook sata harddisk.....for 160G
i only manage to find 160g so for,,,any more larger one?

5400 and 7200 rpm,,,,which one more quiet?

Harddisk, keyboard, lcd, etc. Cant really predict. If you want to keep your laptop for 3 years and you are a heavy user, then go for it.

also the lcd frame quality not good ... usually i open the lcd screen from middle, the frame there always sound "tick" when i open the laptop.... very disappointed with this product......

If it's still under warranty, give them a call.

They'll probably replace the keyboard and check the "tick" on your LCD.

Dude, DOTA is based on warcraft 3's graphic engine which was like built in the early 2000's... running it with intel's gma is plain overkill. The problem might be there's too much spam programs running in your lappy, have you checked for spyware and the works? They tend to slowly chip away at your memory and processing speed.

Wah very unfair to Dell like this wor. So many possibilities why it lags. My fren also said his 802.11n laggy and problematic then he says linksys router no good. He said last time he use D-link even worse. But my D-link 802.11g is running extremely well, no lag and i dun even feel like i'm using wireless at all. Try closing all the useless services running in the background and see if it works better.

hi get the new keyboard already. they also replace my lcd cover (both side) ... their service are the best i ever experienced ......

when the guy come to change the keyboard, then i just realize, one of the ram is under the keyboard, and another one is accessible below. if i want to upgrade the ram, then i have to open it up again??

anyway the ram is qimonda and processor sspec is sl9u4 ......
