wat thing spoil again? i also bery sian... sian with the temps, however i attempt to open it up and put in my own thermal paste soon.
GFX kisiao again lor...
Arranged with Dell ask them come down change mobo, as well as change the thermal pads...

Yeah installed inside the notebook.
Anyway, the repairman is coming to repair my palm rest.
Anyone knows if the Vista and Core 2 Duo stickers will be replaced too?
I will ask him what is the normal operating temperature for the GPU, and if it warrants a change as well.

vista is working fine, duno whether to revert back to xp or not, i just replaced my thermal paste, removed the old paddings already. however temps are still quite similar. abit higher though, not sure if i messed up or what.
how come 630c mobo? how can they replace with something else to cover the existing issue. and didnt the engineer test everything out first before handling it over to you? does it still give you problems? if not i think best to get it change back to original mobo
Hi i'm using a Dell inspirion 6400 for almost 2 years.
Just yesterday i realized on the middle of the left hand side of the lcd to the bottom corner the lcd panel is darker then usual. Its more like not illuminated evening now.
Any one knows whether is it a LCD problem or the graphics card problem?
My warrantly still left with another year. Will Dell replaced it for free if its still covered?

go ahead give them a call and explain the issue to them, since you mentioned that warranty is still on, they will replace for free if its still covered.

Hi, I just bought my dell latop on CNY eve at Funan.... Do u all noe normally how long does it takes to deliver to mi?? The person told mi it takes 5 to 7 working days and I check my order status on the Dell website and it says haven processed yet....

cny eve, cny chu 1 and cny chu 2 should not be counted as working day bah. only chu 3 then start counting.
