PRE MARKET ANALYSIS

how to analyse ?
look at simsci.

it is obviously downtrend.
it is downtrend until the chart says it is no downtrend.
cannot get the trend analysis wrong becos blind people also can see it is downtrend.

25 Aug 15 - there was long down tail candle indicating strong price rejection. ie level 301 a little supportive

28 Aug 15 - quite strong rejection at 334 level.
level 334 a little resistive.

yesterday day range quite healthy at 1.4%.

so today how?
now price at 321 level in the middle of yesterday range.
high chance it will be inside day.

sgp simsci now staying in very small range of 0.5%
ok. going for exercise again then early lunch.

for forex, i doubt we can use volume chart. so have to use time based chart like day chart, hourly chart.

Nah, you can get a decent idea of FX volumes by looking at the CME futures and options volumes. It's not the full picture, but it can be suggestive; and CME does a surprising amount of volume in markets that you'd think were completely opaque (they're like the third biggest FX options broker in the world).

Options trading isn't "making money from the internet", it's not even "making money". Options are complex as hell; they're not for newbie investors (or, really, even for seasoned investors unless you're trying to hedge something).

yep. many possibilities.

even for options,
can trade based on directional (vertical spread),
volatility decreasing / increasing,
calender spread (horizontal spread) ....

but i tend to trade options when there is nothing else to do

range has been rather healthy.
BUT!! past few days movement very jerky, sluggish, violent, undecisive, whipsaw here and there or whatever u call that.

Then?
don't trade. or perhaps trade dax or stoxx 50 during US time.
there might / might not be clearer pattern from dax / stoxx50.

big picture - price went down decisively, then retrace up decisively.
as of now, it seems that the upforce is quite strong.
but it is unclear whether there will be impending uptrend signal.

BTH level a.k.a Buay Tahan level is useful for long term survival. Once trigger just cut position and move on to look for new opportunities. Players get kicked out of the market is because of losses not profit.

In this forum, there are basically 3 types of people.

Some of the people here are not making money, or they think they could be making tons of money by holding on to shares for very loooong term.
this is downtrend.
price is dropping and they think stock is cheap.
so they buy cheap stock but the price keep on dropping.
and they think stock is now even cheaper and they buy even more.


Another group of people are quite knowledgable and successful.


The third group of people are the destructive negative type.
They think they are the greatest and are spreading negative forces around. They post nonsense and they have such a negative pessemistic outlook.
Although the third group is a small number, the negative environment they created in this forum is totally unacceptable.



Past one month was quite a good time for me.
I earnt $50K. I know there are some who could earn 6 digits or more.

I lost my house and a sports car before.
Not a great problem because I can easily recover it back.
My target is to buy one sports car (probably Lotus) and utility car next year,
and 2 houses few years later (ie wait for recession to come and bottom up first).


I have tried to help those people who are investing wrongly.
I posted many postings to let people know how I do
pre market analysis, how I trade and how I do trend analysis.
Whatever I posted is not theoretical BUT what actually happened in my mind.
What happen in your mind, what u think and feel
determine your success or failure.
A kind compassionate confident person will earn tons of money.
An unkind pessemistic negative fearful reckless person will ultimately lost money.



Unfortunately this forum environment is too negative.
I wouldn't be using this forum anymore.

there are usually 3 types of forummers in this forum. broken down by their intentions.

1) the gullible and vulnerable newbies who are seeking information and learn.

2) experienced investors/traders who are sharing their vast knowledge and know how. these people are volunteers. can be rich or poor people. but their objective is to share openly in a public forum.

3) salesman who pitch money making techniques without actually sharing how to do it. you need to pm or contact them to know more.

lol not true at all

all i see is a lot of statements and nothing really much useful
often its like u saying market can go up or can go down

what people want to read is

buy XXX , take profit what at what level, stop loss at what level

as simple as that, yet u cannot give any examples
