if u dont need the gen 5 nvme slot on the tuf gaming, either would be decent picks. as deepblue mentioned, the p has more slots and headers but that is due to it being a full atx mb vs the m-a which is matx. i would personally go for the m-a if i dont need those extras as i prefer more compact matx cases which are also generally cheaper. do note that cpu limited performance may be slightly impacted as the bundled ram has looser timings than what i recommended and non 3d vcache ryzen is very sensitive to memory timings. this is why i also recommend manually tuning the timings to extract the most out of the cpu, but the memory profile should get u most of the way there, and is generally a non issue if ur playing in gpu limited scenarios (higher resolutions and/or graphics settings).Would this be a better choice then the above?

why not let the cpu run unlocked?Hi any good recommendation for heavy bit torrents user DL task 15-25 files 5gb-50gb each speed around 10mb-40mb per sec. Unzipped files around 100gb above files inside zipped around 500-2000 files. Open edge browser 1 with around 30 tabs i somehow i feel that the cpu is very slow unzipping files when i download around 20 Bt at a time the temperature will go up until 70-75 degree
Recently using ryzen 3600 mb b550 tomahawk used ryzen master to lock it at 4200mhz 1.25V 4.2ghz
5700x is a decent upgrade option which is around 50% faster than the 3600 in 7z decompression, while also being less than 20% slower than the 13600k. value wise, it is the best choice as not only do u buy just the cpu, u also dont have to dismantle the entire pc to have a significant boost in performance. if u want that extra 20% or so on current gen parts, the 13600k is still the better value pick as it is a lot cheaper (~$300 saving) while providing 95% the decompression performance of the 7700x, and u can find very good aios like the arctic liquid freezer ii for about the same price as a moderately fast ddr5 kit (~$150).I am thinking either upgrade to 5700X or sell everything and get either 7700X or 13600K.
