Guys, anybody using the new WD Green 1.5tb 64MB cache on their DNS323? I bought one yesterday from Fuwell and my DNS323 couldn't detect it. My WD Green 1.5TB 32MB cache drive which is on the other bay works flawlessly.

i'm using firmware 1.05. My list of bit torrents that were running halfway suddenly went missing. Even as I load new bot torrent files, they do not appear in the list. Has anyone encountered the same problem before?

I just flashed it to 1.08 last week. Works ok. I've not tried the other functions like Allow SSL/TLS on FTP or toggle LED on/off but BT download management looks more stable. Previously on 1.05 and I had occasions where my downloads disappeared. And BT download is now capped at 15 torrents.

Just played around the logs. Now there's FTP logs where you get to monitor the user login and actions.

and the 1.08 firmware in dlink.com aka USA site is 7.6mb

how come so big different.

anyway. the 10+kb file fr dlink.com.sg i cant get it to flash lei.

now where is a new option to add application. Now have the BT there

where can i look for other application to use on the 323?

I on 1.06 now. But I do not know where to find the hardware type.
Is it worth to upgrading to 1.08 for the EXT3 filesystem?
Also, after upgrading, must redo all the settings as well as funplug?
Lastly, the default BT is it much better?

hmmm i donwloaded from dlink.com.sg and its 7.6mb

anyway dns-323 supports shareport now.... i can share connect my external hard drive to it and share

Will all the data be lost if I were to flash it to 1.08?
Very tedious to backup all my backup.
