Has anyone here tried driving from Seattle to San Fran before? How long would the trip take - feasible in 2 days if we don't stop much?

Thinking if I should drive down after visiting rainier - maybe stop by 1 or 2 places, or should go back to seattle and fly down.

sure. I have done Vancouver to San Francisco, stopping in Portland.
2 days is feasible depending where U wanna drive.
the coast on HWY 101 isn't darn pretty but it is hard core 12hrs of drive (always over speed limit) with few stops from portland to San Francisco.

Seattle to San Fran is only 14-15hrs. but there are much to see from Seattle to San Fran.

chocolates are expensive in SG.
I bought 3lb of chocolate macadamia nuts for ~us$10.
easter coming, the day after easter chocolates all on steep sale. just visit your local target or grocery to catch deals.

yeah their cheesecake is awesome...didnt try the godiva one last time i was there...

who wants to bring them over :D :lick:

I used to bring them back. Remember to get the small one (maybe medium one i think, just not the largest one) and the frozen one (they usually give you frozen one, if you take away the whole cake). Largest one cannot fit into the airline's freezer cart straight in (after all the shelf). Had it in there once, but not laid flat, then I bought the smaller ones after that first time. Unless you want to keep it in your overhead bin.
