Hi, I’ve been trying to search for a shop selling the etocuh 20a for my water heater but unsuccessful. May I know where you bought urs from?

I'm also using etouch 20a single gang for my storage tank. You need to teach the switch RF code via remote. Press and hold until you see red blinking light on the top left hand corner. 2 blink = turn on, 3 blink = turn off, 4 blink = reset.

If you can't enable the learning mode via press and hold. Turn off your breaker for at least 10 sec. I managed to go into learning mode and teach the switch after restarting my breaker.

I am currently using the Broadlink E touch 20A Switch for my water heater. I can't seem to add it in ihc, only in e-control app. How can I add it into ihc?

I tried searching the user library but none of the frequencies work. Is it possible to manually add the frequency from the one I have in e-control app?

Yeah i checked with her. This was her reply: We do not carry eTouch switches, eTouch switches are OEM switches by Broadlink Malaysia (Broadlink distributor). The switch has nothing to do with Broadlink International.

You have other options:
1. Install TC2 switch or equivalent RF switch. But in addition, install a electrical contactor to separate the TC2 switch and 20A circuits, you can read the details here.

2. Use a Switchbot (or similar) to work with the normal 20A double pole switch. But note that these usually use Bluetooth LE and depending on your setup, you may need to get their hub or just use your smartphone's Bluetooth to control.

Found out from desireeeee that it's broadlink (ex) distributor's own product. She stopped selling after taking over the distribution rights.

Nevertheless, it's the only 20amp RF switch in our region. Still possible to buy from the Malaysia seller directly.. I may buy one more as spare

Got a question.
Livolo switch remote on off button is the same. Meaning u on off the switch using the same button on remote.
So when using pro +, when u switch off the light manually using wall switch, and u ask pro to turn off, it will turn on the light. And vice versa.
So when using s1 sensor, if the light is already turned off manuallywhen the person leaves the area, when it detects no person, it will trigger rm pro which will then turn on the lights when in fact I want it remain off.

Hope u get what i mean. Any workaround?

There's no workaround because livolo uses same RF signal for both on/off like you said.. No way to differentiate on or off.

You can just change to other switch like funry which has different signal for on and off then set various scenes.

I managed to learn my kdk fan code (IR) my fan has 9 speed and each speed has its own IR code. Don't be deceived by the up and down button on the remote.
Each speed have its own code, which means i learn speed 1 for low, speed 5 for mid & speed 9 for high. I don't do up or down like the remote does.

Not sure if Panasonic works the same, I suspect it does because if you think your broadlink learns speed up but in fact it learns a certain speed. You keep repeating and the speed doesn't increase thus you think it's not working..

My KDK fan looks very similar to yours.

I managed to learn my kdk fan code (IR) my fan has 9 speed and each speed has its own IR code. Don't be deceived by the up and down button on the remote.

I second what Sellun explained. I did the exact same thing- 3 different fan speeds and 1 for turning it off, a total of 4 IR frequencies. Has been working fine for almost a year now with my RM Pro/GHM set up.

You can download this SURE Universal app if you have a phone with IR blaster. This app has a database of discrete IR codes which may just give you the direct speed IR codes.

it doesn't say discrete or not... but some templates might have a dedicated button for speed 1, etc... these are discrete codes

Anyone using both google home and tmall genie concurrently in 1 bedroom? Is it possible to control devices setup in broadlink ihc? Reason im asking is I want to voice control in both english and mandarin, but I setup devices with eng names, tmall genie dun understand, tried setup in chinese, gm dun understand, any workaround??
