If I'm not wrong, those with neutral cabling would be able to show the status of the light on the app.

Sorry for wrong info. Upon further reading, wifi light switch requires neutral cable while some rf light switch does not requires netural cable. Some of the wifi light switch can work directly with Alexa without a hub. Still learning...

Oh ya.. If no remote den it can only use ihc origial switch option.. The workard to config as tv template (to use for alexa) will not be available liao... Thanks for pointing that out.. Hmmm

Do u tink Is there any chance to buy a 3rd party rf 433mhz remote to operate the tc2 switch??

i am using RM Pro compatible light switch (similar to TC2) and has also a RF remote to operate these switches.

Wifi light switch can only control from app and usually requires neutral cable. Some of these light switch is compatible with Alexa.

Whereas RF light switch requires a rf remote to on/off the light. It can also be setup in e-control and ihc app to control the light. Some of these light switch don't require neutral cable.

The switch requires some low voltage to keep the switch awake to receive signal from rf remote or rm pro.
