Encountered same issue here. Last night gallery icon missing so can't do anything recording/Learning of IR or RF. Today worse, can't even remove or add. Did you see any icons if you learn and add a button?

I can see the icon. But can't add or delete device at all, also tried delete one of the home but can't too.

I had tried roll back IHC apps version on the android phone and no luck as well. highly suspect is their server issue?

Anyone else having same error like the 2 of us here?

Now. That’s interesting. When you add a new button and after learn IR signal you can save since you can choose the icon?

I can’t save since the icon is a required field and since I can’t see them. I can’t save and can’t do anything.

Well i guess its the server. My lightings and devices icons are all over the place. Cant add, remove or modify them. For now im reverting back to use econtrol app. Shall wait till the issue resolved.

Finally the 'handshake' issue between google and broadlink have been resolved and back to how it used to be.

Hi guys, I have finally managed to get my Broadlink to sync up with my Alexa. So currently I can perform only 2 commands, switching the Fan on and off.

I would like to add more commands to it like Fan Speed 1 / Fan Speed 2 / Fan Speed 3. How do I go about adding them? I noticed that it only allows for the On and Off Command.

The update is on the server side. Not the app. You wont see any update on the ihc app. All you have to do is re-link on google side.

I don't see any app updates though.

need some help!

i recently purchased a few TC2 switches but 1 of my 3 gang switch is giving me problems. The lights turn on by itself and the touch sensor has no effect at all.

My other 2 gang switch also turns on the light by itself and flickers like mad. The Watt of my lights are more than 12W.

The rest of my TC2 switches are working fine.

Any pros here able to advise? Thanks!

Yes back again , restart broadlink rm pro , update Google Home app , unlink and link back broadlink acc , all controls return back

Save them into channels , like speed 1 to channel 1 etc , then use routine to set the phrases correctly or Else you have to command it by saying set channel 1 to get speed 1

Go to your Google assistant app , tap on the tray like icon to get in explore page, type broadlink smart , n you will see the broadlink smart Home icon , tap that to get in broadlink service page , scroll down the list you will see shortcuts . Setup up your shortcuts . Currently can support 2 commands by using and .

For example I say : going out for dinner , Google Home will turn off all lights and turn on living hall ( my doorway)

Remember don’t use voice to search can’t get to the service page to see the short cuts

How did you manage to get access to shortcut command in Google Home. My location is set to Singapore.

Create another tv remote device , set the channel 1 to speed 1 . , name your tv remote to your fan name

This solution mainly for most touch switches , - steps here are to discharge capacitors within the switch circuitry -

Power down the switch by disconnect it from the mains cable wait for like 5 mins then connect back power to the switch . Before power on the switch, remember to cover back properly first before turn on the power .

If doing so can’t help then have to ask seller for warranty .

This solution mainly for most touch switches , - steps here are to discharge capacitors within the switch circuitry -

Power down the switch by disconnect it from the mains cable wait for like 5 mins then connect back power to the switch . Before power on the switch, remember to cover back properly first before turn on the power .

If doing so can’t help then have to ask seller for warranty .

Thanks for the advice! do you mean i have to take out all the wires from the switch for 5 mins before connecting them back?

or if i were to switch off the main MCB and turn back on again that will work?
