eTouch switch 20amp

I'm using eTouch switches myself, but I don't have water heater at home- I'm using those gas water heater. If you have questions on Broadlink and eTouch products, you can contact this lady on Carousell called Desiree. She's the official distributor and she would be able to answer your questions. She was very helpful in me setting up my own DIY Home Automation.

Hi there, do you know where in SG can we buy the eTouch switch 20amp for water heater ?

I found one in Carousell but seller not responsive, maybe no stock.:s13:

Guys i just finished setup my etouch switch paired to RM Pro and voice controlled via GH. It works fine but there's an annoying part. When i say turn on XXX, it turned on, but GH will say XXX isnt available at the moment. Any idea how to solve it?

Hi there, is your eTouch switch the 20amp water heater ? or just the normal 1/2/3 gang light switch ?

or any Wifi/RF433 water heater switch available ?

if is there 20amp water heater, can share where to get from in SG ? TIA! :s13:

Anyone knows if the new Google Nest Hub works with broadlink products?

Yes, as long Google-Assistant can linkup with broadlink then Google Smart devices can work with broadlink.

I'm using Google Home app to linkup the controls with Broadlink's IHC lamp template. If you have Google Nest Hub, you will be able to use the display like a control panel, looking at the same light switches in app.

Hope it helps. :s22:

Same company selling, but their representative on Carousell is terrible- totally forgotten about my order. End up, I contacted them on Facebook and complaint to their “manager” and he gave me a 10% discount.

Hmmm, maybe you can try to unlink and relink IHC to Google Home app. And I use Routines under Google Home App to edit the voice commands and replies which I want to use.
For example, I will set the name on IHC scene as say LR Lights On, and input under Routines:

That’s what I think so too! But what to do, they monopoly, only eTouch carry 20A switches. Beggars can’t be choosers.

Niceee.ee.e.... Good alternative. Are you using it, reliable ?

Can Wifi & RF433mhz, is good.

Thanks for the lobang!

This is paired with a RF touch switch so more intuitive for home use. The wifi switching can be controlled via app for the 'smart' aspect. If you look at buyers' comments, somebody from Singapore bought and used for water heater.

EDIT: I'm using Switchbot which is BLE based. This fails in aesthetic aspects.

Roome is aesthetically better than Switchbot but minus point is need to charge every now and then.

Got BT/BT mesh/Zigbee versions. Overlay over normal heater switch (if the shape fits). See

Does it work with Google Home?

I've been using their BT Mesh version (1,2 and 3 gang) which customized for Tmall Genie for a while on my existing wall switches:

Pros:
- great aesthetic
- can be easily installed on existing wall switch without any hacking
- can control via touch/press, phone app and tmall genie voice control

Cons:
-reliability still not there and maintenance not easy : after a while its stickers drop, need quite a bit recalibration to refit to various wear n tear surface condition of existing wall switches, on and off its BT fails to be waked or switch no response at all and switch auto "jump" happens especially for 2,3 gang if few touch/press on the switch to wake its BT up and normally to be recovered only after a reset (even after a FW upgrade with their China CSO's assistance)

Mine are Tmall Genie's customized version which don't work with GH.

Normally 1 gang heater switch and air corn switch is more friction ( hard to press ). Is Roomie mechanically can handle this ??

It does not support my heater and aircon switch type.

However, Roome switches I have are auto and manual stroke strength adjustable - up down stroke, 0-7 from its app, as the magnetic stripes are not very strong, tested that stroke with 3 n above will just simply pop the Roome switch out - top or bottom from the wall switch.. for those who is interested to try out, 1 gang type should have less problem at the most its medium stroke..
