Ya, agree. Prepared by Hong Kong migrants with proper skill sets.

Just like other cuisines in Australia, most prepared by skilled migrants. Sg is erm, as long as any one wants to work in f&b, can join f&b.
LMAO.

Have you worked in F&B in Australia and in Singapore?

Well, I have.

You talking about the chefs who's actually making the food and not the wait staff ya?

I refer to most of the chefs. While I cannot guarantee it applies to all, I only share what I have seen. I guess my comparison is not apple to apple because my earlier comment is considering Sg coffee shops and causal dining restaurants.

Define best? You live within your means, what works for me not necessarily works for everyone else. Every individual has their wants and needs.

Even northbridge hargor tastes different and way better than local ones. The prawn are bigger and fresher.

Is it true one outside meal cost min aud20 in Perth now?
Depends, but around there. Think of it as eating sth like eating din tai fung in sg as most of these shops are considered "restaurants"

There are cheaper options like maybe $12 to $15 but basically there's no option for "hawker pricing" besides maybe costco hotdog or mcd

Kway chap maybe rare, ckt & laksa have. Mostly malaysian style though. Sinkie cuisine more rare

Edit: i think the viet food in aussie is alot better than sg btw, likely due to the amount of viet migrants. Their pho beats any shop in sg
Spencer village got kuay chap. Last time I heard SG air base personnels like to go there eat.

I like to eat the authentic Japanese fried chicken wing rice in Perth. I never see this dish in SG.

From my observation.. alot of asians reside in

Cannington/Thornlie/Willetton

You want big expensive houses, can go places like Dalkeith/Cottesloe/Nedlands.
Applecross. What do you think?
