I ever heard of someone that invested there and get citizenship to build a fuel station in the rural area and live there.

I just did a search. There are not blood cockles found in the beaches and water of Australia. The closest is Venus Shell which is quite different.

I been to Circerello only at Fremantle to eat sea food. That was ages ago.

I am looking at Perth Google map again because my friend's son is going Curtin in the coming new semester.

From this thread, I have learned that north part of Swan river to the cottesloe beach is the expensive suburbs. UWA is also there. No wonder.
