every month also need to recharge ?

click all the 12pm voucher, but the price is still the same 7.66 before shopee coins deduction

i just checked and its under auto recharge

But i don't know why i received sms this morning saying my plan will expire next week. So i went to make payment. Then now i checked, its auto-recharge enabled

Or maybe cuz i paid today then auto-recharge got enabled only thereafter?

In any case, i'll just monitor if i receive the sms again next month. by right i shouldn't rvc. If i still rvc maybe i have to contact their helpdesk

Hi. I went to retailer to enquire, and was informed that physical sim need to pay $8. Is this correct, as i had thought sim is free 😅

Regardless auto recharge is enabled, you will receive a sms near the renewal date. They do their job......😀

this is the sms I received 3 days before my plan expiry even though I have $8 in my wallet.

The SMS reminder sent is a campaign sent to everyone regardless of their Auto-Recharge setting.

You can safely ignore it if you already have Auto-Recharge turned "on" and you either have sufficient credit balance or credit card details saved.

so its double payment???

how do i contact them? no number to call...no email?
