In order not to lose the remaining days of old plan, best is to upgrade on 27 Feb 12:00am right?
You've got a couple convenient options that don't require losing sleep:
  1. Log into your Eight account.
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section.
  3. Either disable "Auto-Recharge," or choose a new plan for the next 30 days (next to "Your next plan on auto renew").
If you disable Auto-Recharge your account will go into a 60 day "grace period" after expiration of your current plan. Which might be perfectly fine if you don't immediately need to use the line. You can still receive SMS text messages during the grace period. After 60 days you lose any wallet balance and risk losing the number.

dun do it at 12am, i know eight actually deducted the money earlier. day(s) before the actual renewal, u wait till then, it will be renewed already.

old plan is $8 only, even u upgraded earlier, u only lose a few days of the old plan, it is not much loss in $$ also.

if u want to do it last minute, then u need to take the risks lo.

You can follow this plan if you die die do not want to Lugi money. Otherwise you can do it on 26 Feb morning. Try not to do it at night on 26. Whether you do it on 26Feb at 12:01am or 115.59pm, the new start date is still lock in as 26Feb. Don’t do it on 27Feb, you lugi full $8 unless you disable the auto recharge function.

Upgrading your Plan

  • How do I upgrade my plan?

    Upgrading is instant!
    • Log in to your eight account > Click on Recharge > Select your plan upgrade
    • Or visit any eight retailer
Once the upgrade is activated, your current plan will be immediately terminated and replaced with the new one.

Please note that plan upgrades are billed in full and we are unable to reverse transactions for terminated or stacked plans, nor can we reinstate previously held plans.

Just ported in to eight today from giga.

Where's the best place to charge credits? Shopee?
Welcome to starhub, from starhub.

Right now most stores on ecommerce sites charging extra to topup and there are no ongoing promotions, so better to just use your card directly or top up using your card
