Well it finally resolved this morning.Having some issues in Taiwan from yesterday.
I have been in Taiwan for over a week.
Initially was working well, but from yesterday it's showing no signal (circle with a bar across)
When I restart or switch airplane mode, it'll have one or two bars of signal but after a minute or so it'll drop off completely.
I have tried removing the SIM card and replacing it. No difference.
If I try to select network manually it comes up with error before even display the available networks.
Any ideas?
How old is your sim card ? My sim card from March is already 5G.After change plan to 5G plan

He went out the house khatib mrt area nearby only get 4G+. But when he go to Yishun NORTHPOINT and 5G pop out. Then once he left northpoint it drop to 4G+ . He told me most like not phone problem.Mine was instant.

This is for sure, different phones definitely provides different results.What phone is he using?
I'm no expert but I feel different devices can show different results. Mine are iPhones yet I get different experiences.
He using Samsung Galaxy A34 5G model. By the way he just upgraded plan to 5G to try test only. If no good then he will downgrade back to $11.80.What phone is he using?

Has anyone ever seen starhub using band 38 ?StarHub 5G and 4G bands

I believe the phone and its build (antenna location) + location + how you hold it affects the signal / connectivity. i ever hold my phone in such a wierd way that my VoWiFI icon kept disappearing and appearing (flashing on and off) which only stopped once i release my hands

Interesting.so yesterday I ported my spare m1 Maxx line to eight 5G (to enjoy the 2 mths free promo). Just realised the free 2 mths is not under "recharge" section
