u guys need to manage ur expectations with shopee sellers.
they got a full time job to do at their hp shop, not scrolling to check new orders every second...
as long as they haven't process, means u can cancel if u really can't wait.

if u want instant within an hour, why not topup directly at Eight.com.sg? Right?!

i don't even bother to chase them, they have until tomorrow EOD to process, otherwise i will just cancel and get back my coins. your $$$ ain't going anywhere too. Shopee's holding escrow for you until the job's done!

+1 tooo. Agree with you completely. Those who can't wait should just go elsewhere, not necessary to label them with negative remarks and etc. I'm sure they are just making an honest living out there plus doubt they even earn much from providing these top-up services.

I have topped up with Lady Boss Collective a few times and nvr really paid attention as to how long they take to top-up because it was nvr urgent for me. But I know they always get the job done eventually.

The speed posted here from Eight 5G users seem to be pretty decent.

Eight 4G is still usable on a phone even with the slow speed.

I only have Eight 4G

hmm, indirectly asking people to use 5G which dont throttle

so the trick is to wait for the 2 mths free promo (5G) and port out before end of 3rd mth, then rinse and repeat

What makes me dulan was that there was a reply instantly but subsequently ignored me. Think it was because the shop saw that I used special huge 11/11 discounts and lots of Shopee coins.

I admit that I am a cheapskate.

However, if they cannot fulfil Shopee discounts, then don't offer like other resellers. It makes more of a hassle for them and customers to go through the refund process.

Made tons of topups with the seller you mentioned, no issues at all, although sometimes can be abit slow.

I used 35% 30% 25% and coins as well.

Not everywhere can get 5G connection. Same goes for all the other telco lines.

Lxxy Bxxs is typically slower to respond, sometimes have to ping them too.

Indeed very slow, there were 2 ocassions I topped up (non promo or coins kinda normal top up) for my mum, 3hs gone no response. You know, the elderly have no patience one that I have to cancel the transactions and bought elsewhere. Not been using it since.
