as an aside, I only topped up $28, in case I decide to port out in the future

yesterday afternoon I port-in & top up at the same time at their citylink mall booth....this morning sms showed successful port-in.

Thanks for sharing. Just to add on, my line also ported in successfully after 1 night from yesterday evening. Should have top-up directly there and then when i was at the shop, and not go with the concern they raised. Now have to make another trip to the shop.

There are 3-4 staffs helping to top up. After top up then make payment at the counter to collect ice cream voucher and lucky draw chance. Took me 40 mins in total.
