Usually how long will get the bonus credits of $84? 7 working day it says, but based on previous promotions was how long?

less than 1 week. if more than it indicates problems.

especially so many knows this prob and did go down these 2 days.

Hopefully eight management capable to solve all these disputes, if any.

If eight handle this promotion beautifully, will it raise the green telco image?

End of the day the staff there are not actually eight/starhub employees, but staff borrowed from eight service centre phone shops, or hourly event staff.

Eight technically could throw these people under the bus and say they did not endorse these statements. Though doing so may not be the best in terms of PR.

The real case here, previous promotion 84 didn't get anything. Some more top up at the booth and told the staff 3x 28.

Only valid for 14.80 and 18 plan

Not every plan works with China same as Simba, unless stated. Please check your plan you have applied for.

Do you really think the team can handle that kind of big sump of money?

In a company few k spending may need the higher management to approve.

Hopefully escalate is not the word to be use by the team later.
