Anybody noticed your iphone 8 or 8 plus screen is slightly Yellow colour? Im not talking about when switching on the true tone or night shift mode, my wife compared her iphone 6 plus, same brightness, her iphone 8+ screen is indeed slightly yellowish. Is there any issue with Yellow tint now?

Yellow tint is not an issue. It depend on the manufacturer display, some are tune more to bluelish, some are tune more to yellowish.

But if it is yellowish until you cannot stand it, then do bring it down to service center.

My Jet black 7 have paint drop on the speaker and silent button. Went to apple orchard,
they said it's a cosmetic defect, refuse to change for me. Phone in prefect condition, yet paint still peel off, not a defect? Genius bar guy keep telling me it's a cosmetic defect from his training so hence cannot change.

Ok, walk out, sold my 7 and get a 8...Just.

Diff, 8 is a bit heavier and the camera does better in term of dynamic range and low light performance.

Btw, my screen... i turn off true tone, so it's not too yellowish, nor is it too blueish. Anyway i prefer a bit yellowish cos it is more comfortable to my eyes.

Is prone in peeling off. Mine also the same. But mine was peeled off after a few months of usage. (Despite having a case).

I’m not buying iphone8+ .... mainly due to the unpleasant experience of current ios11 version in my ip7+. Wait n see first.

I heard also Matt black got user paint came off too beside jet black

Thought jet with coating will be more resistance to paint issues beside scar of usage

Cos yours is a matte black, we are talking about jet black.

Anyone encounter the clock at home screen not displaying actual timing? I from apps press home button to go back home screen and the clock do show the actual time for about half a second before it changed to show 0642(am/pm) permanentmy. Even the seconds hand is not moving. Using iphone 8 plus on iOS 11.0.2. IPhone 7 plus with same iOS version didn't encounter this issue

**Problem solve after rebooting**

Not really. The jet black is the worse.

This issue happens to me quite often.

Sometimes when im in landscape mode due to games, i tried turning my phone to portrait mode and it still gets stuck at landscape for more than 10s.

Anyone has the same issues?
