does it mean cashchanger get more money then using the travel cards withdraw? i see the master n visa ones no have? or i need to input bank fee? i put 0% it only get 24.4x

is it adviseable to just go there atm withdraw or I should change some in sg first before i go over?

Currently, Singapore money changer rate is better. You can get TWD24.72 on 15 Feb vs appx 24.29 from Taiwan BOT Atm withdrawal (Trust card with 0% visa).
You get about TWD 420 (Diff TWD 0.42) more for every SGD1K at the money changer in Singapore. So it depend on the amount you are changing to decide if it is worth the trouble to make a trip to the money changer.

Ya. Tats y I was surprised got 24.7x. Rate. Looks like i gota go change some cash first

Yes. Currently cash beats wirthdrawal.

ATM withdrawal currently lose out to cold hard cash.
So will use ATM in case u need that spare cash.
