There is a penalty if you use old usd notes.
Firstly you need to get a good sgd to usd rate, not just go change blindly at any money changers.
And you got to work out the formula to see if it is worthwhile after all.

If you do not get a good rate, it is just that your mathematics sucks.
So just go change sgd to ntd in Taiwan for now.
Save yourself all these unecessary worries.

The cheat code is still good.
Can get above 22.
Was used by someone last year.
Since this year really sucky, recalled and attempted it towards Oct.
So shiok.

Yes you can request, but whether they entertain your request or not is another issue......

Dont entertain then dont change lor. Last time i change hkd got 1 shop say got 500 notes, but when i say i want all 500 he say dont have i just walk away go another shop change.

Quick question, the money changer is before or after immigration wnt to buy sim card but haven't change anything yet tghks
