When I was at Taoyuan airport yesterday, the rate was 23.17.

that day i suay =( check over here ppl saying rate is 22.7 or so at tw airport =( sg is 22.5 so i go tw airport change then at ntie become 22.3 =( hope the 23.17 will remain haha

AirAsia lands at T1. There are 2 money changers both before and after you clear immigration. You can wait till you clear immigration cos the rates are similar. Just check out all of them for the best rates.

Yup. I changed at Mega ICBC which has outlets both before and after immigration. Both have identical rates.
