I've changed @ 23.635 this morning at DBS tw!

My advise... If u want change 100 sgd in Singapore if rate is not lower than 22.99
If lower do it at twn airport!
Change the rest at DBS twn... Their operating hr is 9-3.30 pm mon-fri
I've been to the xingyi branch and the security was really nice. When we asked him to recommend breakfast in that area... He gave really specific instructions and it was a good recommendation : yonghe dou jiang, LAO DIAN! Note that there are 2 the Lao Dian is the one with crowd.

Breakdown of the value of Sim card is as follows:
