I do not change NT at arcade.

Taipei taoyuan airport around 23.45 lol ...
Now at Taichung, maybe will change more before going back to taipei tml lol ...

Just changed today at lot one cck. 23.5. Not bad.. Haha. Wanted to change at arcade but difference only 0.1 and its further.

Depends on how much you change as well. As long as don't change in Bukit Batok's West Mall. One of those worst place to change.

Staying at XMD.
Walked to taiwan corporation bank, the exchange rate board shows is 23.92.
But when asked if they changed SGD, they said they dont -.-

Traditionally if SG(Local) changers is offering above 23.xx then Taoyuan Rates wont be so attractive. If SG side goes below 23 then Taoyuan would usually be slightly better..

But nothing beats DBS Taiwan if you have the time to go change. Just change abit locally and a bulk of it there.

What is taiwan corporation bank in chinese? You sure you got it correctly? If possible please post the picture.
