The lowest of the Cash column would always be the amt you get when you change ur currency with them for theirs..

Since it's a money changer in Taiwan, base currency is NTD..

Cash:
We buy at 23.50 means they buy your SGD$1 for NTD$23.50

We sell at 24.70 means they sell you SGD$1 for NTD$24.70

Rem, should not be looking at it from the local pov....For the local, buy/sell is straightforward.."We" refers to money changer sell you(Taiwanese) SGD$1 for NTD$24.70...Or NTD$24700 to get SGD$1k..

After u shiok shiok in SG and going back and upon touching down at Taoyuan, you got some spare SGD(For example $200) which you wana change back to NTD,"We" buy from you S$1 for NTD23.50 then you will get S$200x23.50=NTD$4700..

This shows for every Singapore dollar you take out, you can only get 23.5nt back. Yes not fogetting also need to deduct 30nt transaction fees.

Anyway if you insists, i will be glad to take your balance in 1sgd to 24nt, i will be there ready for exchange.
