My parents n older generation kept saying PAP very good.. w/o them, we cant stay in hdb... keep cpf is good.. if not, old liao, no $ to see dr etc...

70s to 80s age group Pappies are dying off. ( eg. only 1 out of 4 grandparents left )
50s to 60s age group are dulan abt their CPF ( eg. all my parents & uncles,aunties )
40s age group are dulan abt losing jobs to FTs. ( eg. me , my sister, my friends )

30s age group are worried in 10 yrs time, they will suffer the same fate. ( eg. most edmwers here )

but new citizens & 20+ suckerporeans female GCP like the miws. ( eg. XIAXUE RIDE THE LIGHTNING? pic anyone? ) .

btw, my senior citizen mother also voted for oppo but said that at her workplace, many 20+ yo young girls are loyal to PAP. they even tell my mum, "aunty, u must vote for pap, ok?". my mum reply," why should i, when i am still working in my 60s, cannot get my CPF out, my middle age son & daughter are both retrenched & replaced by FTs ?

seriously, when i was in my 20s, NONE of my ex gf were that materialistic. No car, no credit card i also not as desperate like ahboy82. suckerporean girls have changed a lot since the 80s or 90s.

I saw people who give you valid reason and you say party branding difficult to over come. That is the same for male also too. So what is different between male and female voters? Only difference I can see is female voters don't come into EDMW because this is where female get degraded.

True story...

Have a few contract staff, all local ladies in early 20s, just graduated from Poly.
Last week, talked to them during lunch on GE.
All expressed no interest, only happy is the PH.

Asked them who contest in their area, say dunno, only know PAP.
1 gal said if I free, I will go and vote. If not sleep and shopping better.

2nd gal said I only know PAP, dun even know who the opp is.
Just vote PAP lah

3rd gal said she will follow her parents. Parents vote who, she just follow.

Asked them why they are not keen, doesn't they want to be heard or have some improvement made to their current situation? I asked them whether they think about after graduation from Poly but can't secure a permanent job but only 1-yr contract.

Their reply - most of my friends same situation. Those secure permanent job also almost similar salary. And if vote opp, also no diff.
