classes are mostly full and quite packed, many likes to crowd in the middle and at the back of studio making it no space

soooo i go to the front 🙂

Trick is to enter the class early and ‘chope’ space. 😬

Ain’t a bad thing if your intention to learn. Unblock view of the instructor coaching.

usually attending multiple classes and will be unable to be there early waiting outside

I am ok but I’m one of the weakest participant and I know how the back row will be affected if the front row isn’t at its’ best

I suggest that don’t do back to back class till you are more familiar.

From my own experience, you can follow by paying attention to the rhythm of the music and cueing of the instructor’s voice. (Essence of a LM class)

I can follow but my body is too tired and exhausted from back to back triple classes haha 😂 so I slowed down and missed some reps intentionally otherwise sure hit failure stage

For the aia vitality discount for ff, must i commit to the 12 mth plan to enjoy the discount? Im more interested in the 4 mths one and was wondering if the aia discount applies to the 4 mth plan.

Thanks

IIRC the discount is only valid for 1 year plan, but I could be wrong.

from my understanding for aia vitality, you need to commit to 1yr. the premium will be the same at 136. unless they raise the premium for new aia vitality joiners

The AIA - Fitness First deal is for 3 years, so expect the monthly price to remain $136 until June 2021. The "20%" off is based on $170pm "regular price" for a 12 month contract at the time the deal was done. So even if the 12 month "regular price" is $185 (which is what I think it is right now), the AIA Vitality price remains at $136 which is more than 20% off in reality.

Googling on this topic and was brought here...
anyone has recommendations of the most basic AIA plan to get enrolled on AIA Vitality? I’m in FF cos of Vitality but I was using my company’s insurance plan - but now that I’ve left the job I don’t have AIA anymore.. and wondering if it’s worthwhile to take up one for it - cos the difference can be significant! Thanks!

my PT keeps telling me, focus on full range of motion, posture and slow down (quality reps > quantity reps :)
