good thing about fitness first gyms is the tidyness and cleanliness of their facilities and the equipments are generally relatively new :) but can be slightly too crowded during the evenings and on weekends haha

ya. i always asked nicely until those ********.

today encountered one weirdo. i was doing some reps on the cable and superset with barbell curl. so my barbell was placed on the floor beside me. then this weirdo lady just used hand gesture to shoo my barbell away instead of just opening her golden mouth, asking me to move it. urgh..

There are indeed such people, but most people will share if you ask them nicely. Besides, asking them is really a formality, done out of courtesy. Nobody is entitled to exclusive usage of any equipment, so they can't really decline.

Fitness first suitable for office ppl who can afford it since they provide work out shorts and shirts and towels. Anytime fitness is the most accessible everywhere but have to bring own towels and work out clothes

Hi, I'm looking to sign up for fitness first using the AIA vitality discount, but first I need an AIA policy :/. Any AIA agent here who can get me the cheapest plan there is that qualifies for the AIA vitality programme? Thanks in advance!

Have helped a few bros here to get vitality using the cheapest available plan. If you are a member but not on vitality, feel free to pm me. I don’t push products. But it makes perfect sense to get vitality if you are a regular gym goer there.

PS: I am from AIA. Being transparent here and I got nothing to hide. Cheers.

If you join Pure, it should be for their platforms, bumper plates, and most importantly Eleiko bars.

Unless of course you're a taitai who cares more about the ambience than the equipment quality.
