That day I saw a guy sticking his water bottle into the outlet of the infused water dispenser, it was a full contact between the water bottle and the dispenser outlet.

I told him to avoid contact between the bottle and dispenser so it is more hygienic. He meekly acknowledged and leave a gap.

People should be more aware of hygiene nowadays. If you see such a situation, please advise them the right thing to do.

Let's do our part to keep us safe.

Bro what did you try! First session of gym floor access? :)

just gym floor - usual weights training.

did a basic session ytd, today i'm aching like mad. :(

more importantly, i'm quite surprised that wearing of masks is not mandatory in the gym.

i was wearing it in the first 20 mins until I started panting.

I am amazed you know what to do at the gym floor by yourself, I always blur like sotong and preferably have a trainer to guide :) the wearing of surgical face mask is not mandatory but recommended when at an indoor venue with close proximity and sharing of common equipment with multiple strangers not from the same household (the gyms at korea and japan users wear surgical face mask throughout their workout duration at the gym)

If you just started your training, then a trainer is good to correct your form and techniques (and spotting).

after you've learnt the moves and how to use the machines, you can explore yourselves already.

unless you still want somebody to keep you committed, and if the trainer is providing value-added services.

yeah I started a few years ago but is mostly gx classes following the instructions of instructors, I haven’t start proper strength training for building muscle bulk when I’m at the gym floor, I’m like looking at the other guys haha :o the trainer will plan the routine correct? like arms day, legs day, back day, chest day etc and the diet too is important :)

yes the trainer (if a decent one) would plan the schedule for you depending on ur bodybuild and ur aspirations. However, it's not enough to just rely on the pt's schedule. Again, this depends on what your objective is lah.

I mean how many PT sessions can you go each week? Unless you really rich to go everyday.

Otherwise, you'd need to fit in your own trainings too if you have a plan.

i maybe wrong but i don't think FF trainers plan ur meals too. all ff members are kind enough to share tips and spot for you too per previous experience.

I did try at home but it’s a much lower intensity around 15-25mins instead of the usual 60mins at the gym and the music not there, need to clean up the space after workout too :( most importantly there is no one to count/guide/how many times
