i check the platinum pass is $150 now only. 135 for one home location and 15 additional for platinum pass can jump around. can i check anyone who frequent the Fitness First - Capital Tower is it pack in the early morning on weekdays? then for the 100am outlet can access the amara pool or still close off?

Oh my goodness! Those only has gym access but goes to class! Fitness First should enforce by having counter staff at class studio entrance to check bookings then can enter! No wonder the classes are so crowded and full because these people just walk into class without bookings!

Gym floor is still alright but classes are always oversubscribed and very crowded 的 talking about the 100am at tanjong pegar, bugis, raffles, one george, orchard-paragon and paya lebar

Don’t worry they only crowd inside the enclosed studios behind closed doors for the classes and will not come out to affect you at the gym floor.

Westgate has swimming pool, has to walk across the gym floor so usually will use towels to wipe down then me walk in my trunks and my wife walk in her bikini across the entire gym floor showing off our abs, lean and toned bodies.

Use a towel bro, towels are provided at front counter. For me and my wife we love to flunt just swimwear walk if not train so hard 6 days a week for what?
