Got bones? First time i hear fish and chips got bone.. comprain lah!

Anyway for sweeter flesh fish.. no particular fish in my opinion.. as long as its fresh.. it makes a good fish

Hmmm but to answer ur qn.. i`d say eat the young/small fish.. like children they like sweets too hence their flesh are sweeter
