Is Parc komo and ki residence under the same league since both equally ulu but one is selling at 14xxpsf and the other at 17xxpsf.

Perhaps is because the flora area supply overflow Liao?

There’s one more plot in between Inflora & Jovell..... probably something that starts with K since flora drive condos are all alphabetical
