Got chance leh, but i think depends on which block already

Gotta use one map to see. FW's layout not updated on the map yet. But based on surrounding blocks color, I believe the whole FW should zhun zhun fall outside 1km range.

That area desperately need amenities than another plot of condo.
Jovelle and komo r already struggling to sell.

I wonder how is the Liv@Changi mall since Oct 2020 when it was reported still empty 9 months after TOP. No restaurants allowed, wonder what amenities will it bring to the area...

Bear in mind the first few rental transactions for a newly TOP project is always higher. Subsequently, when more and more units got their keys and put their unit in rental listing, the rental tends to drop to some extent due to more and more competition from neighbours and some may spoil market by lowering their asking rental.
So the trick is, write in to the lawyer to expedite the key collection early and quickly put your unit to be first few on rental listing before other owners catching up. :D
