I do actually appreciate a development with a nice and spacious frontage, with some thoughts put in to make it posh, yet convenient for residents and visitors alike. It makes it more pleasant to come home to. And making a good first impression for a would be buyer do count.

A 1.2m deep pool is more than enough for daily swim. But it's nicer to swim in a deeper pool as the water is more still. Also less chances to bump into a kid in their floats.

To be fair, even if they take away that passage way in, they will also not make the individual units bigger or your psf cheaper. So I am not sure what difference it will make.

Agreed. Not sure why Hyruga is so fussed about the driveway. If anything, it’s definitely a plus point. I mean comparing with above cramped Forett landscaping, I would definitely prefer the spacious landscaping for Daintree

The developer has not released the pricing.

Indicative starts from 8xxk+.

Indicative price starts from $8xxk+ for 1br+s and $10xxk+ for 2br.

The blocks for forett looks really cramp. On average each block around 22m from each other. Some even at 13m or less.

What is the average distance between each block where we can’t see into our neighbours’ house? 20? 25? 30?

what i cannot understand is why the distance between blocks is so close despite the land area being very decent (bigger than parc esta which has like almost 800 units more)?

is it due to how the top floors are only 5th or 9th on most blocks, and thus the need to have many more blocks?

the final product has elements of royal green, FAR and daintree but alas not in a good manner

i heard from agents that they dedicate to a lot of greenery (well to pay respect to the forest theme) - did the greenery make it seem more cramped instead? :s11::s11:

That is really pretty cramped. Think Parc Esta was very spaced out more than ~50m between one block to the next diagonal one (I stand corrected though), but I read somewhere optimally it should be at least 22m spacing, for example Sky Vue is also very cramped but it’s 25m spaced apart.

Parc esta got big pool in the middle. Of course the distance will be wide. Should be 2x the distance...maybe 50m.

its freehold....but i think the freehold status has no advantage compared to surrounding developments in a short time frame....
