Go see a doctor. Might have to be referred to an orthopedic. Must do physiotherapy (including further exercises at home yourself) if it's frozen shoulder. Takes time to heal.
Need to change job? Im surprised that no heavy lifting just standing for 9 hours will still get frozen shoulder

During 4 to 5 months just rest and do therapy exercise?

No. There is nothing u can do in that 4-5 months. It's too painful. After that period the pain will subside to a more mild and aching pain and your range of motion will start to recover bit by bit. That is the time you will need to start weight training and then stretch the sheet out of your rotator cuff to regain your range of motion.

Frozen shoulder might not be triggered by your prolonged standing. There are several possible reasons for it to strike.

Last time I got it after vaccination; coincidentally or not, I don't know. Especially if age is catching up, these problems could surface. I did a MRI scan for this and also revealed that my rotator cuff was partially torn.

So, see doctor first. If your rotator cuff also got problem, then heavy lifting is not allowed.

No need. You can do anything as long as you don't need to lift the arm or rotate outwards with frozen shoulder. Your elbow, wrist and hand still fine.

Recently my job require me to carry heavy things. Thats why i quit one month ago. Now got a standing job, no need to carry heavy things. But every day after work is stiff shoulder and can’t lift up arm. Had to do frozen shoulder exercises and next morning the stiffness is gone but 9 hours later after work will be back

at first i took painkillers. But now i only do the frozen shoulder exercises every time when it happens

I got neck injury 3 years ago. I dare not carry anything heavy, (less than 2kg) is still ok.

So when rotator cuff partially torn, what was advised by doctor? Any medication required?

Recently just resigned. Haven’t found a full time job. MRI will be expensive 🫤

Do physiotherapy to strengthen muscle around the problematic area. Worst case scenario is to do surgery. I did not proceed to surgery.

Oral medication only pain killers. Supplement is UC II (collagen).

massager is useless...... the idea of massager is impact to disperse the blood clog.

if ur blood vessel is deep inside or amended by bone structure.... it doesn't help....
what it do is numb that area to reduce the pain. lol

See GP first. MRI is ordered by specialist, if it comes to that stage. Anyway, if have to do, it’s no choice. You would want to rule out things like torn rotator cuff.
