How deep are you squatting? Maybe videos are in order.

All to ground. Can't get a video of my current squat weight, but i'll post a pic of me squatting 20kg(which is essentially empty bar).

The form is almost the same though.

[Damn Clubfitts don't allow videoing in the gym =.=]

Okay, i just reverse the bar holder for my bench, and did some light squats.
Took a video of it.

Total weight is around 57.5kg only though, but im pretty sure im doing the same thing as when i squat 80kg.

wow you can do atg squats with 80?

Yeh, but nothing special though. Seen lots of ppl squatting for more than that.

80 is nothing special. Frozt has a ways to go.

Agreed. It's not even 1.5x of my weight lol. I'm aiming to squat 5x5 1.6x my weight. And at least 2x my body weight for 1RM.

80kg below parallel is badass in Clubfitt. :s13:

No!!! *Edited LOL. Read wrongly* I've seen alot of ppl squatting 80kgs =( And always see this uncle in the gym squatting >90KGs ATG. So demoralizing to me =( Im younger but squatting lesser =S

I see there's this guy in Tampines Clubfitt, who squats 3 blue + 1 green per side. =.="
Then my friends were joking and say "If you can lift that up and squat 3cm only, i give u $100".
LOL.

O anyways, is my form alright?

Havn't seen anyone squatting more than him in Tampines Clubfitt.
"Hog" up all 3/4 of all the Blue Plates lol.

I tried squatting 100kg before, the moment i bend down 10cm i know i'll probably fall if i continue.

There are actually quite a few. But I doubt that many hit the gym at the times you go, unless of course it's a holiday.

gj on the lifts. Just one thing , its a little concerning that your BP and squats numbers are so close to each other. Either your bp not going deep enough or you holding back on your squats. imo I think you should add more weight for squats , try to progress faster

i never did any abs work, much less to support deadlifts. i know the core is involved in every exercise but heck, ignoring my abs since i started never stalled me at any one point

They might eventually. Some weighted situps after squats don't hurt. Wendler recommends them. I've yet to have my core strength be a problem on squats though (deadlifts are another story, but it's not my abs).
