holy **** dude you're strong for your size haha

Thanks. Still trying to get stronger though.
Aiming for repping 1.65x by the end of this month, which is completed my 2nd month of training. And 1RM of of 1.85x my body weight.
Then 1RM of 2x my body weight by the end of next month =D

Then no problem mah.

Lol there was once when i had 4 friends with me.
Epic slack.
Then this uncle had to wait so long for us cause we did OHP after squats.
Every 5mins-10mins ask us "How long more".

=S

I train at 7am as well..I find that squatting within 1hour of my waking time is a great way to spoil my groove..

TS, do you have this problem? Especially when you've just woken up.

Or maybe I just didn't get enough sleep.:s13:

Your lower back is still not fully awake yet.

I train in the morning as well, but I try to do squats at least two hours after rising.

Let the uncle work in lor.

Lucky he's quite friendly, so he waited for us to finish. Lol.

TS, you train so early? You study/work???
Holiday currently. This week last week of holiday.
Tuesday i usually train in the noon, finish school around 1pm.
Thursday i start school at 1pm, so i can train in the morning.
Sat no school, so can train in the morning too.

Sometimes really no mood to squat in the morning. Didn't sleep enough and didn't eat enough =(
10-11am is the perfect time to squat for me, around 2-3hours after waking up.

I like to squat (or train in general) as early as possible and usually on an empty stomach. I just feel better doing it that way.

O forgot to mention.
Something is weird.
Nowadays, everytime i lift up the bar while doing squats(bar resting on traps area). I can feel the "stress"/weight on my lower spine area while just standing, near the upper butt there.....
Spine problem? Or is it just that i'm not used to the weight yet, or maybe it's too heavy for me currently.

Training too early after waking up? I think I know what you mean, but I only get that sensation when I put a lot of weight on my back without working up to it (think static holds after a warmup).

I'd never squat with a weight I don't feel stable with.

Could also be your posture with the loaded bar. Personally I don't stand straight with the bar on my back.

As I mentioned earlier, the spine is still "asleep" 1-2 hours after waking. That's why one should do exercises which would involve the lower back very soon after rising.

Huh what do you mean?
If it's asleep 1-2 hours after waking, why should we do the lower back exercise very soon?

It's still asleep right?
