actually can i check with you, would it be wise to do a 90:10 ratio for IWDA and EIMI? Assuming I have $9000 vested into IWDA, does it make sense to pour $1000 into EIMI? seems like that would be a very expensive since the minimum fee is 10USD already.

You can consider an equivalent mutual fund for eg. Infinity Global Stock Index fund available on FSM platform. This is a feeder fund into Vanguard Global Stock Index fund which tracks MSCI World index just like IWDA.

FSM doesn’t have any sales charge so that’s an advantage and you can stagger your buys to take advantage of the volatility in the market to get a better average purchase price.

Wow the Infinity Global Stock Index fund has a 0.99% expense ratio and 0.475% management fee while the Vanguard Global Stock Index fund that it feeds into only charges 0.18%. That is some juicy profit.

Its so expensive that even LionGlobal All Seasons fund (0.47% TER) doesn't use it as a feeder fund, even though both unit trusts are from the same company! :s13:

And while I am a big fan of FSMOne's brokerage comms, I am not a big fan of their platform fees for cash/SRS unit trust

talking about the management fee and expense.

if i recall correctly, under RSP,
the price that we are paying for the shares, did factor the 2 expenses.

Selling CDP shares

"selling your CDP holdings is limited to SGD 50,000 by default across all accounts on our platform."

Question: Any one knows if this 50k is reset daily? Or got to wait for $ to come back then reset?

I'm not sure if you can just redeem the unit trust or need to put in $1k to the unit trust before you can redeem the $10 worth of the unit trust...The thing to take note is the Platform Fee for holding UT with FSM...I think if I have to put in $1k to redeem the points, I will immediately transfer the UT to Dollardex...

Hi

Assuming the FSMone account is linked to CDP, are we able to buy shares using DBS Vickers and sell them on the same day using FSMone?thanks.
