Erm the E8210 comes with an 8cell batt... so yeap i'm not kidding when i say it can reach 4 hours. Erm the heat might be an issue.. darn i can't use it on my lap.. really hot.
Hmm my OS is set to normal mode leh.. and yeap it's running a duo core intel processor... Now the new core 2 duo one might give u longer batt life than mine..

normally I will set a range half of what is stated for the "UP TO" clause. because when i measure the usage is based on real usage, as in my applications are open to filled my start bar. :D

you can use the modular bay to slot in the second battery. Each model's main battery is different but the bay battery is the same and can be use in different models.

RP & SP Fujitsu Offer + Package

In the RP and SP offer, the upgrade cost from 1x512MB to 2x1024MB is $485!!

I see no reason for this price except to chop carrot head...

tactic they use is to scare you by telling you that if you buy your own RAM from SLS, your warranty is void....

#$*@#$#@
Money Face!!

installation of ram at sls will not void your warranty.

I know it doesn't, But the salesmen claim that it does. Isn't there an intention to cheat?

Consider that the salesmen prob did not act in good faith, but for the huge (more than 100%+++) profit margin.

Sch Fujitsu Vendor selling OEM RAM = $485 + (value of your original 512 which they will take away)

Buy from SLS Kingston RAM = $184 (1GB x2). N you can keep your original 512MB RAM

Sure, this will be the config I get from my NP Fujitsu E8210. The NP E8210 model come with 1GB RAM and Fujitsu throws in an additional 512MB FOC.

Anyway, lets say the laptop really screws up because of "unauthorised" ram, just remove that piece of ram b4 sending to repair. isnt that the logical solution?

I am looking for a new notebook. I was recommended to get a fujitsu and I am looking at these 2 models: S2210V2 or A3110EV may be A6020VP. Personally I was thinking of the A3110 but all the reviews point to weak battery life of 45 mins. S2210 seems a good lightweight model. Can anyone help?
