Think they are not taking ownership, nothing much was being done. They even gave a very standard reply that Funan Fujitsu Customer Service is following up and since then no answer from them. The manager there is supposed to give me a trade-in quotation but no answer.For my knowledge singapore service center only does 1st level of test and replace, 2nd level of testing and repair (which is shouldering and so on) is not done here, not like service center in India, they do the repair of Motherboard in the service center.
