Anyone using AOKP M4 with franco M1?
With this combination, I seem to have alot of bugs compared to my previous AOKP B23 with franco 17.2.
My first overnight battery drain was 20% over 7hrs. Then my setting--> battery---> Android OS option went haywire showing CPU total with 254d 14hr ++. Then the phone seems to lag most of the time in which I have never experience before in AOKP B23 with Franco 17.2. (Forgot to take screenshot of the CPU usage as I panic and went to reflash)
Then now using AOKP M4 with stock kernel, manage to get more than 3 hrs with a heavier usage than normal. This seems to be supported by some online forum comments that stock kernel is good enough. Guys, what are your experience with AOKP M4 with Franco 17.2?

how does changing kernels work?
i am using franco kernel ms1.. he has this list of features that are in his kernel. so are all the features activated? does it have a menu/settings?
for example the usb fast charge.. dont really seem to work.
The menu would be his paid app name Franco Kernel Updater from Play store..
With that den u can enable usb fast charge but with that enabled, ur device wont be connected in MTP mode..
Do I need to wipe data when I update build 24 to build 27?
Why not milestone 4 direct?
GLaDOS's touchwake feature is very useful for me, especially considering that the Galaxy Nexus has no physical home button to press when screen time out. Got the app as I was too lazy to play with startup scripts![]()
It do not need to wipe if from build 24 to milestone 4?
For some ROMs, I saw that they mentioned full wipe. So what is full wipe? Is it wiping cache, davlik and data/factory reset only?
Confirm need to wipe..
IF not wrong, B24 to B27 also need wiping..

do not know well how to do backup and restore...so feel so scare to wipe it...![]()
i have installed franco kernel and disable fast usb charge and is able to see my phone as mobile device.
I click it, it is empty with no directories, etc, is it supposed to be like that.
