technically, once you do a factory reset, no need to clear cache already..

anyone tried different themes? maybe its the theme..

I changed csc from starhub to xsp to mm1.......that's y factory reset x2

S6 Edge+ has sleeping beauty issue as well.

Changing themes will not solve sleeping beauty issue.

In the video, Erica (the reviewer) experienced sleeping beauty with a different theme....

Using s6 edge plus and randomly having this issue. I bought the package disable pro and use the extreme package. And clear cache regularly. Hehe. Like 1x per day

Updated all my apps and doesn't seems to hit sleeping issue over the weekend. Will continue to monitor. Might be bug on one of the standard apps.

I checked my google apps store and noticed updates for Android System Webview, Whatsapp, Facebook, Samsung Push Service, Chrome and Hangouts are few of the default applications which are being updated over the past few days.

Those experiencing the same sleeping issues might want to update your apps to the latest version and see if you still got the same.

Hahas its actually pointless. All my apps are updated but still will get the issue once in a long long while. Perhaps it's infected by protozoa.. lol

When you try to unlock the phone, the phone is unresponsive for a few seconds.

Sleeping beauty is when the phone could not be unlocked immediately. There is a delay before the phone shows the unlock screen with your unlocking options (swipe, password, pattern, fingerprint, etc). Sometimes, the phone will hang for a while before you can unlock.

No sleeping beauty occurs when the moment you press the Home button or the Power button, the unlock screen appears with your unlocking options without delay and the phone does not hang when unlocking.
