Galaxy S23 order status

Yeah I did they said that my order is shown as shipped. But i didn't get any sms or email telling me that I can pickup my phone. The CS suggested waiting for an email or sms.

Update: I went down to Westgate SES and my phone was there behind the counter.

My advice to those that chose pick up option is to ask live chat support about the status , and if it says shipped then your phone is most probably in the store already.

I can't chose pick up option for my order at all waiting game continue for me

After more than 2 weeks delay, my order got some progress - now is awaiting dispatch. However, still no date !

512GB or 1TB?

Saw online, seems like 1TB having chipset shortage. A lot other countries got their 1TB delayed too.

IMHO.
512GB. Didn't know 1TB got delay. But don't they use the same chipset ? Unless not enough memory.

512GB or 1TB?

Saw online, seems like 1TB having chipset shortage. A lot other countries got their 1TB delayed too.

Samsung online store shows that there is stock though.

Its like how most of us that preorder got our phone much later then those people that walked in a store and walked out with a phone on the same day. Kinda defeats the whole point of a preorder.

I see is out of stock, even I went down to Westgate ses , the staff there also mentioned out of stock, Malaysia website greyed out the 1tb options

Then that meanSamsung didn't update their website. Cause I go check they only put 512 GB Lavander and Cream of out stock, 1 TB all colours in stock.

I think u should call in as all 512gb should dispatched from 03 mar while 1tb is 31mar

Just received an email stating my order is being made, and will take up to 4 weeks. And my order page status all greyed out now. Which means now then they starting to make my unit. Ordered since 15 Feb
