I din received any email regarding my order on 9th Feb

IMHO.
Suggest you check with them. I ordered 2 Feb, only yesterday then tell me can go down to collect from SES.
I cannot imagine if i never checked with them. Even when I check with them, all they can say is expedite.
Their expedite is .... put up the request to another department to expedite.

If you ask me, they have no idea where your order is at the moment.
Over the few weeks, I have gained some experience in deciphering their reply.

Mine is S23U 512GB Cream. I ordered within 6 hours after the unpack event.

I don't need the phone urgently. Anyway, I doing a study on their customer service. I just empathize with the customer service agents that has to bear the nonsense from their not up to mark planning.

Can you imagine 3 different agents telling me almost EXACTLY the same thing ??

I received that email was cause my set is the online exclusive color. My wife bought the same time as me, also 1TB but black did not receive the email.

I suggest you be consistent with your queries from them. If I never ask them, I think my order is forgotten.

15th Feb. Both mine and wife one same day. Mine graphite, wife's Black. They better get it delivered by 31 March. Else more complains to come. All the fake promises.
