I think Storage is very important. Anything below Level 6, the storage seems too limited. Which level 6 is recommended?

I think AS dont come with mouse, keyboard and Office

For PSU, get a bigger good brand like seasonic 1000w...can last 8-10 years

And u definitely need more SSD and HDD space.

Just for gaming LEVEL 5 AMD R7 3700X + RTX 3070 is good enough, can save you some money for a new ssd.

All will perform the same when gaming in 1440p

I think this is ok for the games u gonna play, just that if u can, ask for 3600 instead of 3500x to double the thread count at a small increase in price.

FYI, the website promo said superb 1440p performance but that is probably only true for not so demanding games that u listed. I can assure u if u gonna play AAA titles (cyberpunk, control, etc...) at even high quality on 1440p, it is not gonna have that superb performance at all.

If you connect your PC to the network with ethernet cable, you might not need the wifi. If that's the case, you can check if your motherboard has the non-wifi variant to reduce your cost.

Also you can consider adding a cheap HDD to increase your storage. 512GB not enough for multimedia files, softwares and games.
