Think those who void vote are the worse. Despise by both sides probably.

They are not really supporter. Maybe 墙头草 at best. The cowardly kind. The kind that nobody really trust to have their back. So, got scraps maybe can consider give them. But want it good can only dream about it.

They are the kind that want the benefit but don't want the responsibility. But then leave it to others to decide their fate. Then kpkb when they get the short end of the stick.

In real life. Like it or not. Have to take side and make a choice one. If not, leave it to others then don't kpkb whatever happen. They got no right to. Since they choose not to participate in really making a difference.

First PAP refuse to reveal the reserves (unlike top the 10 biggest economies) so who can say what to do ?

If we have 10 trillion reserves, why can't we use some of it ? Why must we keep draining the pockets of citizens just to keep accumulating money ? It's like the cleaner that died with 1million savings.

If we have 0 reserves, then what has PAP been doing ?

I don't see them being cunning to other countries, infact I see them bending over most of the time

Haha so ur solution is to use the reserves.

Then we are fundamentally opposed. I will nv vote for a party that proposes to use more of the reserves for non-emergency purpose.

Everyone shd be responsible for themselves. Just spend within their means and stop eyeing other ppl's money. U just use what cpf u have. It isnt like the cleaner pay loads of taxes anyway to deserve more money.

not pro Govt.. but not pro opposition either.. I'm not sure how anyone from the opposition can solve the tariffs situation either.. need good economics sense and very good eloquent plus much charms to negotiate with the Americans..I don't see how a grab driver, or a property agent can do that.. while I admire their loyalty and courage to want to make a difference but we need good candidates to represent us

I don’t understand why we need to care about the tariffs into the USA. We have the lowest tariffs rate, and we have a trade surplus with the USA.
It just means that other countries can trade with the USA via Singapore. People will set up factories in Singapore so they can do some light touch up before sending them to the USA as made in Singapore goods. It will benefit Singapore greatly.
The major exporting economies all got high tariffs. It will mean that the USA demand for their goods will drop due to higher prices. This means higher supply which will result in lower prices for the rest of us who are not USA.
No idea why everyone in singapore is waving their hands around.

The main problem is we don't see that in the so-called elites party as well.

but relying it on non qualified candidates will doom us.. we should vote for the best candidates in. some opposition are well qualified but most of them are not.. if every parliament session of like 8-10 hours we see bickering of small issues .. that is a waste of time..vote for individuals who can solve problems and make constructive feedbacks..not vote for oppositions for the sake of voting for opposition

Think perhaps many is see them no up. 不敢面对现实. 又没有勇气接受事实. 该作决定的时候不做. 不能做决定的时候又kpkb. 人生白活. 浪费资源. 浪费空气.

The thing is, election has to have a result. Either for incumbent or not. No in between. Unless those who don't choose either, can have own place to self rule then its another story. But that is not the case. Have to take a side. They don't make that choice others will make it for them.

So in that sense, intentionally voiding vote seems to serve not much purpose except to escape from reality. If so, why bother go for voting then. Just abstain and go hide some place safer.
