It has been fluctuating between this range of 2.8 and 3.2 i have been waiting for 2.8 for quite some time and gave up and bought at 2.85 i think.

Same as KDC and MINT. Climbing up then hammer down by "sell in May", so continue slowly climbing uphill.

The drop of reits today is not really because of XD, since it is quite broad based. If you follow the news, it is supposedly because of the fear of inflation rising.

I read alot of talks about inflation in the US but not really outside US. Is this a global impact?

I think if US interest rates rise, SG rates will also rise and REITs dont do well with higher interest rates, but banks will do well.

Lai lai, i waiting ascendas. I also thinking of CICT, but maybe a little lower will be better, 1.8-1.9. This parkway still very resilient, still high.
