Not greedy.Care to elaborate further?
Just my instinct but I may be wrong . No FA & no TA.
Bought Singtel / CMT / FCT 2-3 months ago .

Thanks for your valuable advice. I've been tracking a few reits and true to that, they all keep going up and hardly come down. Especially after looking at the price a few months ago, man I really missed the boat by alot.
Will look at the reits that you mentioned. But usually how do you pick your reits? Must I do a FA & TA everytime to decide the entry price?

Ask the TAFA master Wakao. LOL. I normally will observe the price and trend before I went in. As long as not the highest I think still quite safe. Remember the price for REITs seems to be cylindrical. Maybe next six months will start to drop back to lowest. So does it make any sense to buy now? And of course you need to research on the REITs you are investing first before investing. Currently if you investing in Singapore REITs, maybe go for office REIT, then Healthcare REIT, then hospitality REIT, then retail REIT and lastly industrial / logistic REIT. If don't have cheap and good REITs, then don't buy. This is what I learn since I started investing. Some time hand itchy, go buy and in the end regret.
Below is the price increase till Mid Apr, now I think many REITs have increase by at least 8%. Once I got the latest update from my broker I will try paste here so you can decide yourself what to buy.

haha master wakao is high level, like yoda of FATA. I feel that we both have the same way of entering the market haha, but I still have much to learn. What you have provided is really a good insight for my learning journey, will definitely keep them in mind!
By the way, i am trading through SCB, will my broker be as helpful as yours? I just got my account only and have not yet buy any stocks.
Come, let's learn together. I am not very financial numbers incline, so those FATA thing will give me many stars. But still, I will try my best to digest bit by bit...

Thank you master FATA. I am still grasping the concept of FA & TA, pls advise me if FATA can tell me at what price is a good entry? Cos I've seen other people's analysis but I can't really make any conclusion out of those numbers.
