This year they only gave me RM500 transport subsidy for my Feb birthday. No rewards after that. Luckily I won about RM20k total for my March trips.

Anyone familiar with travelling from SG to RWS Awana? Trying to see whats the best way. Considering flying to KLIA then grab. Or coach all the way? Heard transtar is not that great though

KLIA+grab is much shorter time but more expansive. Coach direct to Genting then take cable to Awana station then free shuttle bus to Awana resort can be cheaper ($30 to $90) depending on type of coach (standard or luxury) but 7 hrs to reach. There may be direct coach from SG to awana resort but I am not sure as I always book FHW. I took several companies of coaches and transtar is not bad. I have no complaint on transtar. I usually took wts due to pick up location and fastest travelling speed. Once I am able to reach genting at 11:30am with bus moving out at 5:45am from CCK.

This month making a short trip there and it’s my first time going try redeeming the RM500 subsidy. Hopefully no hiccups. Have not been there for almost a year .

Only Level-3 cashier at SkyCasino, or the cashier inside Genting Grand's Genting Club.

Last November, a family of 3 from same Transtar Club-Z Coach Bus, dropped them at Awana Hotel halfway up the mountain, at the dropoff lobby of Awana Hotel. On the way back the same family aboard again.. the extra detour only added 10-15mins.. not much an issue.

Hi, I am a "gold" member with only around 120 points accumulated this year. How much would I need for a travel subsidy?

You should have. Just check it up via the i-kiosk when you are there. Even my Sis, who is only a Silver Member, also has 200 dollars travel subsidy.

A lot of gold and above does not have the subsidy. Really depends on their marketing side for such benefits.
