i wore sandal with jean berm and tee in before

smart casual. but once in a while i ever entered in shorts n slippers (toes covered type). genting is cold. so although there are people who where little, there are not many. last time mask 100% cannot! now its ok. they even let u in with caps worn backwards but must rmbr they flip prata.

I think 3rd floor for gold member. You can go in if a gold member signs you in. Else someone mentioned silver club 1st level also can get the drink.

Yes, Silver members are able to visit SkyCasino Gold Club without any restrictions. However, they will need to be signed in by a Gold member if they want to enter the Highland Gold Club (a level below the newly re-opened Genting Casino). Hope this clarifies. Cheers.

other hotel normally can but for FWH concierge machiam non existence

so better not
